Fine Food CZ s.r.o. is processing your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Act 2018 (“GDPR”), PRO – TEX, s r.o. is also the data controller as per the Article 6 of the GDPR.

When you make a reservation via phone or e-mail, we keep the reservation name and your contact details in order confirm and provide the service. We delete your information during the month after the service.

3.2. From our partners

When you make a reservation online via Choice, we keep the reservation name and your contact details in order confirm and provide the service. Under the GDPR regulations, we are legally obliged to ensure that we only use this information for the purpose for which it was requested, that consent was given and to ensure that it is kept securely. The information will be retained only for the appropriate amount of time it is needed, and it will be kept in an established data retention system under the supervision of PRO – TEX, s r.o.
